He is the new head of Campus BLUE

Chris Guldberg is the new manager of Campus BLÅ at Toft in Brønnøy.

The 52-year-old from Trondheim has been appointed as the new CEO of Campus BLÅ after Rikke Sivertsen Dahl. Guldberg is currently Chief Operating Officer (COO) of cod breeder Norcod. He will start his new job in the autumn.
- "I'm proud, excited and humbled to have this opportunity, and I'm really looking forward to working with so many talented and dedicated people who I know are in and around Campus BLÅ. The aquaculture and seafood industry needs expertise and even more professionals in the future. Together with the rest of the team at Campus BLÅ, I really want to contribute to that. I'm really looking forward to it," says Guldberg.

Will add a lot
He is well acquainted with the seafood industry and in recent years has held key management positions in the Norwegian Seafood Council, Norsk Helsenett and Sintef.
The Chairman of Campus BLÅ, Frode Blakstad, is very pleased to have Guldberg on board the Campus BLÅ ship.
-"Goldberg has an impressive CV and experience, and is the type of leader who will add a lot to our organisation. I'm confident that he will help to further enhance Campus BLUE. We can't wait for him to start," says Blakstad.

Selling expertise
Since its inception in 2017, Campus BLÅ has become a very popular upper secondary school and vocational school. Never before have more people applied for a place at Campus BLÅ upper secondary school than before the 2025/2026 school year, and the school has almost no dropouts.
In recent years, Campus BLÅ has invested heavily in digital solutions and platforms, in addition to the physical education programme at Toft in Brønnøy.
- "We want to be the preferred supplier of education and expertise to the seafood industry. One of Guldberg's most important tasks will be to get aquaculture and fisheries operators to discover and utilise everything we have to offer them," says Blakstad.

Unique environment
Like his predecessor Rikke Sivertsen Dahl, Guldberg will be based in Trondheim. At the same time, he is clear that he will spend a lot of time at Toft.
- "The environment at Toft is unique, and I'm looking forward to becoming part of it during the autumn, and will prioritise spending a lot of time there," says Chris Guldberg.
