New principal at Campus BLÅ upper secondary school

Bjørn Arve Bønå is the new principal at Campus BLÅ upper secondary school. He starts in the position no later than the start of school in August.

-"We are incredibly pleased that Bjørn Arve has agreed to become our new headmaster," says a delighted Rikke Sivertsen Dahl, Chairman of the Board of Campus BLÅ. "She is particularly pleased that the new principal has extensive experience as a school principal, but his expertise in relevant subject areas is also important. In addition, he is committed to the local community and to our social mission. This is a perfect fit for Campus BLÅ," emphasises Sivertsen Dahl.

-"I'm really looking forward to embarking on a very exciting job," says Bjørn Arve Bønå: -"This has long been a very attractive position locally, with everything that belongs to both aquaculture and Helgeland. The timing was good, and it's very motivating to be able to help take Campus BLÅ VGS from the start-up phase into the next operational and development phase," says the new principal.

The school at Toft has a lot of teaching and activities outdoors, which is entirely positive: - I'm known to like fresh air! And I know a lot of the people who work there, and they're really "ahead of the game", he emphasises enthusiastically. So he's not worried that he'll be spending a lot of time sitting behind his computer: - "If I can reach people quicker than by sending an e-mail, I'll do it," says Bjørn Arve.
